From Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Antigua, St. Lucia, Mexico, Bali, and Hawaii, to local Destination locations in and around Whistler,
our co-ordination services are supported by ample experience and carefully built relationships with on-site wedding consultants in the most
beautiful locations around the globe.
Our philosophy is that great weddings embrace collaboration, and our team is dedicated to guiding clients through each step of planning and design to create a seamless process. When we first decided to hire a wedding planner to help with the wedding, it was early in 2019, and Tara was the first person we met. I instantly felt a good connection with her, and we went full steam ahead for our Halloween 2020 wedding in Mexico. (yeah, that was doomed.) Tara rolled with all the punches and was able to reschedule the wedding and all our guests for the same dates in 2021. She didn't bat an eye. When the day finally came and we went to Mexico, everything went perfectly. So many of our 30+ guests were effusive in their praise, before we even left, as Tara worked hard to make sure everyone understood the constantly shifting Covid travel requirements. Tara made everything easy for everyone, and that couldn't have been easy for her! Whenever anyone had a question, Tara had an answer. She kept us on schedule, and made everyone feel comfortable. And if that wasn't enough, she worked tirelessly with the venue coordinator to make sure that our wedding day was BEYOND beautiful, it was like something from a magazine. She helped guide us through all the insane choices, and helped us make everything work. We were far from a traditional couple and were not going for a traditional wedding, and she was able to get our style and sensibility and work to elevate everything we wanted. If I had to do it all again, I would choose Forever True in a heartbeat.
